Site Preparation
Clearing debris, vegetation, and obstacles, followed by installing boxing to shape the pour. The ground is compacted, and a sub-base, like gravel, sand or crushed stone, is laid to provide a stable foundation. Reinforcement, such as rebar or wire mesh, is also added to strengthen the concrete and prevent cracking. Proper preparation ensures the concrete is durable, level, and structurally sound.
Cutting
Concrete cutting allows for the natural expansion of the concrete to prevent cracking. Cutting can also be decorative to enhance the look of your driveway or patios
Foundations
Total Concrete Solutions can install a foundation to your existing plans or design one to your specifications. Being a licensed building practitioner we can arrange sign off with Council inspectors and engineers.
